Smarty Uninstaller is software om geïnstalleerde programma's (64 en 32-bit) volledig te de-installeren. Het monitort de ingebouwde applicatie verwijdertool en maakt gebruik van een geavanceerde scan-engine om alle programma overblijfsels te verwijderen. Je kunt de scan-engine ten alle tijde handmatig opstarten om geforceerd een parogramma te de-installeren. Met een intuïtieve en moderne interface geeft Smarty Uninstaller alle geïnstalleerde software weer in het hoofdvenster, alsmede defecte installaties, systeem componenten en Windows updates.

De groepfunctie biedt de mogelijkheid om applicaties te organiseren in logische groepen en deze in aparte fabbladen te bekijken. Je kunt opmerkingen toevoegen aan geïnstalleerde applicaties, die in het hoofdvenster worden weergegeven wanneer een applicatie is geselecteerd. Naast de smart scan-engine, biedt Smarty Uninstaller nog een gebruikersvriendelijke en effectieve feature – Smarty Snapshot.

Daarmee kun je de installatie van nieuwe applicaties monitoren en iedere verandering aan je systeem tijdens dat proces detecteren. Deze veranderingen worden opgeslagen in een snapshot, die je later weer kunt gebruiken om de installatie grondig te bekijken of om de applicatie grondig te de-installeren.

Especially that refers to such things as entries in Windows Registry, Program Filesand Shortcuts. In general the problem lies in Uninstaller (simply, an uninstaller is the opposite of an installer.
