Instructions:

    Doubleclick on the ABR file and ATN file that corresponds with your version of Photoshop.
    Go to Window > Actions. Play the "Step 1" action.
    Paint over the main subject. Make sure that your brush opacity is set to 100%. You can check this by selecting the Brush tool and looking in the options bar located below the menus.
    Play the "Step 2" action. Pick the one that corresponds with your image size. (i.e. use the High-Res version if you're editing a 4000px or larger image).



Note: If you can't load the ATN or ABR files, try dragging and dropping them into Photoshop or your Actions/Brushes panel.
